    eu fierb singura nautul. Iau de la Mega image, bio, il las 24 ore la umflat, si fierb. Ia 2-3 ore, dar fierb o data o cutie si portionez in 3-4, restul in congelator/conserva. In rest, pun mai multa lamaie decat in reteta. Tahini inca nu am facut, dar voi incerca! susanul e apreciat la noi in casa.
